Jen Buscher

Chief Culture Officer

Passionate about Montana communities, Jen works to implement trauma informed cultural practices at Shodair. Knowing that we cannot give to our patients what we do not have ourselves, Jen leads implementation of The Sanctuary Model across the organization to grow stronger, more productive teams with the capacity to meet Shodair’s Mission. Jen received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Carroll College and is currently pursuing her doctorate at Montana State University. She has worked directly with Dr. Brené Brown to become a Dare to Lead Facilitator and uses this knowledge to bring brave and courageous leadership to the arena of Mental Health. Beyond her first loves (her husband, James and two children, Jonah and Jovie), Jen loves coffee, chocolate, and her Peloton spin bike. When not at work you will find Jen playing baseball with her son, cuddling her baby or having a family dance party in the living room.
